Originally posted by Frostfan:Alliances are important to be honest. I did, and I got another round of invaders and still no option for allying lol. I defeated the axis invaders and the allies didn't ally with me, but prompted me to form an alliance again. I had the alliance glitch out the other day. I think this process also works for all battles, such as rebels, uprisings, or coups, but I'm not positive.

For example, I got 3 tank battalions from the Axis when I was invaded by the Allies during the World Wars era. After the original attack, along with the added benifits of a less likely chance of invasion and more money, whenever you are invaded your allies will send you military reinforcements. However, also unlike previous games, the game doesn't end as soon as you are invaded. Think about it take the Bay of Pigs, Cuba was allied with the USSR, but since the US hated them so much, they invaded (albiet secretly) anyways.

However, unlike the previous games, an alliance doesn't mean that the other faction won't invade, it just means it is less likely. Originally posted by Captain47:The first invasion is kind of a test.
